     Blah blah blah blah........When it comes to the crime of bullying talk is sure cheap by the crown attorneys, the cops, the perverted justice system and the people who lay the flowers and the teddy bears and hold a candle light marches and feel that it is enough and my o my this feels good because I have done my part. NOPE
  A week later all is forgotten.

    Bullying is a dark filthy crime that is allowed to flourish from lack of exposure.Put the creeps names out and watch how quickly the bullying diminishes.Lay charges. Lower the young offenders age to fourteen.

  Lay the flowers and the teddy bears and hold the candle lights at your provincial and federal constituency offices till the message is heard loud and clear.
    You can have a petition with 77000 signatures on it and it means nothing. Politicians wipe their assets on them.
  If charges are difficult to lay then change the law to make it easier.

  Blah blah blah blah  is the politicians game so why play it with them.
