Well next Tuesday we hope to have some good news from the surgeon i.e that Shirley will begin to put weight on her injured leg and that means no more wheelchair,wahoo!!
Transportation to the health centre for doctor appointments is provide by a dedicated van and a dedicated driver provided by our community support services since Shirley cannot use our car because her injured leg must be kept straight out at all times..Once she is able to bend her knee our car will be useful.
Its been along stretch for us but our love and respect is helping to see us through.
