Hi there

Its been awhile,eh? There has just been way too much stuff happening in my life. Finally the steady round of medical tests and appointments,funerals and weddings abated in October. The rest up was lovely.

   Back  in 02 the wife and I purchased a treadmill which we used mainly in winter Our use was such that during the ten years we had to replace the track once since the original track developed a hole. After a two year pause we are now the proud owners of a new Weslo treadmill which like the other one will be used mainly in winter.

  Last week a voice told me to dig out the ice scrapers, the  snow brushes, the ice salt, the toasty warm mittens and  boots,the snow tires and the wind shield cover.
   Guess what,it snowed here last Saturday ....lol.

   Tomorrow another round of medical appointments. One thing about old age is
it doesn't last too long.
