Ray Coniff

We spent last evening cooling down indoors out of the heat and listening to Ray Coniff and his singers.I found a slew of his music on you tube and played it all evening it all evening,it sure brought back fond memories. Ray died in 2002 at age 86.He toured Latin America, Russia, Japan and parts of Europe with his big band and singers almost till he died.I would think that he had to be one of the best music arrangers of the 20th century. Catch him on you tube and see how much he enjoyed the music when he was well up into his 70s. A very fortunate man!
